Positive: The apartment itself is nice: clean, bright, new. The kitchen is fully equiped. I would just like to advise the owners to put dishwasher tablets according to the number of days of rent, because we used the dishwasher once a day, and we didn’t have enough tablets for a couple of days. Negative: But the building the apsrtment is in isn't the most pleasant. It's not exactly old, but it feels like it's from a poor neighborhood: a gloomy stairwell, the smell of food from the neighbors, and the lights in our lobby were completely out, so we had to use our phone to find the keyhole. The elevators weren't working several times during our week-long stay, and the apartment is on the 8th floor... And the worst part was that our bathroom smelled strongly of sewage 24/7.

A estadia foi muito boa e o S. Fábio foi muito prestável. Negative: Cheiro desagradável na casa de banho de vez em quando é o sofá cama um pouco desconfortável.
